WileyNXT | FEE COLLECTION POLICY

All WileyNXT programs have been designed by Wiley and its partner institutions and are proprietary to Wiley and its partner institutions. Wiley takes the complete ownership and responsibility to formulate, host and administer all WileyNXT programs. Further, Wiley also takes the complete ownership and responsibility for the entire end to end management, delivery and operation of all WileyNXT programs.

As per Governmental regulations made applicable to foreign publishers in India, Wiley, being a foreign publisher, is precluded from engaging in any kind of B2C (Business to Consumer) sales of its programs in India. Thus, in line with the applicable Governmental regulations, Wiley directly engages in only B2B (Business to Business) sales of its programs in India but neither conducts nor engages directly in any kind of B2C sales of its programs in India.

In compliance with the applicable Governmental directives, rules and regulations, for all B2C sales of WileyNXT programs in India, Wiley has appointed credible Channel Partner(s) to market, promote and re-sell WileyNXT programs in India for all B2C Sales. Since, Wiley neither takes nor receives any program fee directly from its individual / B2C customers due to the applicable governmental regulations, Wiley’s Channel Partner(s) collect the fee for all WileyNXT programs. All interested customers, students and candidates are requested to contact Wiley’s Channel Partner(s) for applying to any of WileyNXT Programs.

Please be further advised that Wiley’s Channel Partner(s) have collaborated with various Banks, NBFCs, Digital Finance Companies, Consumer Lending Fintech Companies, Peer to Peer Lending Platforms etc. (“Lender(s)”) to provide and make available to you the facility to pay the fee for WileyNXT Programs in easy EMIs. In case you have opted for an EMI option to pay the fee towards any of WileyNXT programs, please be advised that such EMI facility and / or educational loan facility has been provided, facilitated and made available to you by Wiley’s Channel Partner(s) in terms of their respective arrangements with the Lender(s).

Please be further advised that Wiley is neither involved in the scheme or operation of any such EMI facility and / or educational loan facility nor does Wiley get any commissions from the Lender(s) in respect of any such EMI facility and / or educational loan facility and nor is there any other relationship, whether financial or otherwise, between Wiley and the Lender(s).

You acknowledge and agree that (a) Wiley neither has any responsibility nor any involvement, in any manner whatsoever, in respect of any EMI facility and / or educational loan facility availed by you from the Lender(s) for paying the fee for WileyNXT programs; (b) Wiley has no control over the Lenders(s); (c) to the complete exclusion of Wiley, you are solely responsible for all your transactions with the Lender(s) in respect of any EMI facility and / or educational loan facility availed by you; and (d) you agree to all the terms and conditions of the Lender(s), which Lender(s) may impose upon you for providing you with the EMI facility and / or educational loan facility.

WILEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED BY YOU WITH LENDER(S) OR FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR RELATIONSHIP, WHETHER CONTRACTUAL OR NOT, WITH THE LENDER(S) FROM WHOM YOU HAVE AVAILED ANY EMI FACILITY AND / OR EDUCATIONAL LOAN FACILITY.

By applying to any of WileyNXT programs, or, by participating in any of WileyNXT programs, or, by using in any manner any of the services, products or other programs made available by Wiley, you agree to be bound by Wiley’s Terms of Service, as updated from time to time, located at https://www.wiley.com/en-in/terms-of-use and you also acknowledge and agree to be bound by Wiley’s Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time, located at https://www.wileynxt.com/privacy-policy.

Wiley hereby agrees to use, process, disclose or share your personal information strictly in accordance with its above said privacy policy.

In case you have opted for the EMI facility and / or educational loan facility to pay the fee for any of WileyNXT programs, you hereby give your consent to Wiley to share your personal information with the Lender(s) towards enabling and facilitating the said EMI facility and / or educational loan facility between you and the Lender(s).

It is hereby again clarified that fee for WileyNXT programs is being collected by Wiley’s authorized and approved Channel Partner(s) legally in due compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, directives, rules and regulations and upon instructions of Wiley. Executive Education Programs | Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Payments: In order for you to be enrolled in a program and to participate in it, you must make payment of the program fee within the stipulated timelines. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your admission and forfeiture of some or all of the program fee. You will receive an acknowledgement of your payment within 7 working days of receipt.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within the time limits stipulated for the program you applied to. Wiley and its University Partners have no obligation to issue a refund if you cancel your participation after the stipulated cancellation deadline. Kindly note that cancellation policies vary from program to program. Please familiarize yourself with the cancellation policy of the program you are applying to, prior to submitting your application to the program. By submitting your application to the program, you undertake that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of that program including its cancellation and refund policy, and you agree to be bound by it.

Cancellation Policy for Executive Education Programs:

Cancellation Requests can be raised till 2 days before the Batch Start Date as stipulated by Wiley & its University Partner.

Refunds:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the time limits stipulated for the program you applied to. You may be eligible for a full refund, or, a partial refund, or, no refund at all, depending on when you make your refund request. Kindly note that refund policies vary from program to program. Please familiarize yourself with the refund policy of the program you are applying to, prior to submitting your application to the program. By submitting your application to the program, you undertake that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of that program including its cancellation and refund policy, and you agree to be bound by it. Please note that the program application fee is Non-Refundable once paid.

Refund Policy for Executive Education Programs:

Refund Requests can be raised till 2 days before the Batch Start Date as stipulated by Wiley & its University Partner. The time limits and respective refund amounts are as follows: -

No Refund will be issued in case the request is raised less than 2 days before the Batch Start Date.
50% of Program Fee may be refunded in case the request is raised between 2 to 10 days before the Batch Start Date.
100% of Program Fee may be refunded in case the request is raised more than 10 days before the Batch Start Date, after deducting the minimum Rs.10,000/- as application & administration charges.
