Developed by top faculty at IIML and Wiley along with the Wiley Innovation Advisory Council (WIAC) members and leading industry experts in emerging technologies, the 6-month intensive program provides:

An experiential and outcome based learning approach, integrating concepts and their applications in real-world contexts
Exposure to various and most used analytics techniques and algorithms that can be applied in various F&A scenarios such as budgeting, planning, optimization, predictive techniques, costing, risk, fraud mitigation and forecasting, and to several real-world business use cases
Access to multiple case studies, projects, lab work and exercises, with datasets and business scenarios, to provide hands-on experience of working with analytics
Understanding of how to improve operational efficiencies and mitigate risks, detect fraud and enhance revenues — using better data driven decisions

Who is the IIML-Wiley Program For?

The IIML-Wiley Program is designed specifically for - All selections will be based on eligibility criteria and an entrance test.

Existing F&A professionals, who want to upskill to digital and analytics skills
CFA, CS, ICWA, CPA, CA and MBA Finance, M. Com candidates or other finance and accounting candidates.

For those who do not have work experience, a foundation in F&A and analytics will be preferred. All selections will be based on eligibility criteria and an entrance test.

How will be the learning experience of the IIML – Wiley Program?

Immersion Learning at IIML Campus
Program orientation and classes at IIM Lucknow Campus for 1 day in Month 1 and 2 days in Month 6 (total 3 days). Participants will participate in sessions conducted by top faculty and F&A leaders at the IIML campus and along with an experience of the campus. Accommodation will be provided during the immersion.

Live Online Classes
Post immersion sessions, live online classes will be conducted by IIML and Wiley faculty for 4 Hours Per Week. Classes will be conducted through technology aided platform which allow interaction with the faculty.

Access to Wiley Learning Resources
For reference, participants will have access to courseware including videos, assessments and study material on Wiley LMS. Access to eBooks library by Wiley will also be included.

Masterclasses
The program provides deep exposure to actual industry applications of concepts through masterclasses conducted by Top Industry Experts and Thought Leaders in areas of finance, accounting, risk and fraud. These also includes case studies and post class work.

Project Work, Action Learning, Peer Learning
The experiential learning methodology will include working on end to end business project across industry verticals, with mentorship from faculty and industry experts. The program will provide opportunity to work with peers from varied backgrounds in teams.
