Dr. Durga Toshniwal

Professor at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India

Before this, Dr. Toshniwal worked as a Software Consultant in USA. Her areas of research interest include–data mining and big data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, urban computing, intelligent transportation systems and smart city, time series data mining, privacy preserving data mining, data stream mining, social media data analytics, applying soft computing techniques in data mining, and text mining, biological and earth science data mining.

Dr. Toshniwal has published her research in several international journals of repute such as IEEE Transactions, ACM Transactions, Elsevier, Springer, etc. and several top international conferences. She has attended, chaired sessions, delivered invited talks and presented her work in several reputed international conferences in USA, UK, Australia, Europe, and India.

She has been felicitated with the IBM Faculty Award 2012 and 2008, Award from UNESCO Chair in Data Privacy 2010, and the very prestigious IBM Shared University Research Award 2009 for her research projects.

Naveen Yeri

Naveen heads the Enterprise Analytics and Data Science (India) group for Wells Fargo. In this role, he is responsible for delivering actionable insights driven by Data Science supporting enterprise wide initiatives. Naveen leads Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence, Business Intelligence Capability Center and Analytical Quality Review functions. Naveen has been in Banking, Insurance, and Information Technology sectors for over two decades.

He is the proud recipient of 2019 Tesla award for instituting process for continued innovation and patent leadership; an invited speaker at global conferences and educational institutions; serves on the advisory board of Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA); program architect for PG program for AI in Banking hosted by WileyNXT and IIT-Rourkee. Naveen earned his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech and MBA from UNC-Charlotte. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds 7 approved and 28 pending patents.

Dr. Nishant Chandra

Dr. Chandra is a global leader in the field of Machine Learning and Natural Language Process innovation across various industries in USA and India. He has been awarded the prestigious Barrier Fellowship and was classified as an ‘Outstanding Researcher’ by the department of Homeland Security, United States Government.
Dr. Chandra serves the editorial boards of several key forums, has published in various journals and owns several patents. He also invents puzzles has represented India in the World Puzzle Championship in US. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Mississippi State University.
